My circumstances were unique. While I was visiting my father in California he unexpectedly passed away. Before heading back East, I was left with the task to arrange to sell his Ventura home, handle the estate, and make funeral arrangements, all within a few short days. Second, she was very responsive and took time to answer all our questions. Given that we're new to the home buying process, this reduced the amount of unknowns and ultimately reduced our stress throughout the whole process. Third, she gave great recommendations for our mortgage broker and other parties that are part of the home buying process, and worked efficiently behind the scenes with everyone. Last, she's just a very kind person and was simply a joy for my wife, kids, and I to work with. When she officially gave us our keys the other day, she had a basket full of goodies for us and the kids waiting for us in the living room! Super fun. The whole process was much easier and less stressful than I anticipated, and we credit a lot of that to Lori and her team.

To begin with, the property was shared by two owners not living in Ventura county. There were also some strange and unfamiliar tasks to deal with and a lengthy renovation and clean up over a period of several months. Lori handled all of these “inconveniences “patiently and kept us posted often via emails and conference calls. She strongly suggested staging which, I am sure now, greatly embellished the homes’ potential. Both Richard and I were confident in Lori’s ability and expertise throughout the long process.
